If this is your first time ordering, we kindly request you to fill in your personal/company information. After receiving your first order, we will send you a login code and a password. This will prevent you from having to fill in your information again.

Note: deliveries will take place every workday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Deliveries
You can place your orders with us the whole year round. As soon as we receive your order, you will receive a notification via email. We have almost all of the products/goods that we provide on stock. Order processing therefore can be done very quickly. Delivery can take up to three workdays.
Mailing costs

| - | For orders lower than the mentioned post-paid amount, please consult the price list at the bottom of this page. | |
| - | You can place orders with us the whole year round, practically all of our products are available from stock. |
Methods of Payment
You can pay using one of the following methods
| - | Via Fasterpay. With this method of payment you can pay directly via your own bank during the order process. You pay via the familiar online environment of your own bank, with the specific security measures of your own bank. If you use an electronic banking system, you can make direct use of Fasterpay, without having to login. | |
| - | Via prepay. You can transfer the total amount to bank account number 1020.39.259 made out to Michel’ import export BV. in Groenlo stating the debtors number and the invoice number. In this case we will not start preparing the order until we have received your payment in our bank account. Keep in mind that it takes approximately 2 workdays to process a pre-payment. Subsequently the delivery period as indicated on our website will apply |
Place order and select method of payment.
| 1. | Fill in the appropriate number of the desired products and choose ‘order’; | |
| 2. | Choose ‘show contents’ (on the right of your screen) to be able to see an overview of your shopping cart; | |
| 3. | Choose ‘login’ and fill in your personal information; | |
| 4. | Verify the information you filled in. | |
| 5. | When all of your information is filled in correctly, choose ‘further’; | |
| 6. | Select the desired method of payment; | |
| 7. | Make your order permanent by choosing ‘further’ |
